Where to Health

The successes of today's medicine in the direction of diagnosis are known to everyone. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see these successes in the field of treatment. There are many reasons for this. Today, instead of examining these reasons, we will briefly review the point reached.

For this, we need to turn our heads back a little and look at the periods when aspirin was newly obtained from willow bark and the pharmaceutical industry took over the production of new active substances. It seems that until this period, people are suffering from the disease and nothing can be done in the name of treatment. However, when we look a little further back, we see many forms of treatment, from sound treatments to herbal applications, from spa cures to leech and cupping treatments. Perhaps more application and treatment methods have been introduced than today's medicine offers us. But unfortunately, these methods were suddenly erased and the treatment practices put forward now came into play. The life of this approach, however, did not last long, and the inadequacies in the field of treatment led people to turn to old but timeless methods.

However, returning to the past as a solution has doubled the problems instead of solving them. Because old methods emerging from every corner have been added to the current treatment inadequacies, and accordingly, the uncertainties in the field of treatment have increased even more. The reason for this is that these methods, whose training and implementation processes are not certain, have turned into approaches carried out with personal insight instead of solving events. Thus, new dilemmas were presented to people who were already in treatment dilemma under the name of treatment.

However, the new approaches put forward by the Ministry of Health include the steps taken to solve this problem. But how the trainers who have spent years in today's medicine will adapt to the old treatment systems and train people as trainers contain some question marks. As such, the confusion only increases. I am not even mentioning the approach of the medical chambers that you cannot receive these treatments in response to the practices of the Ministry of Health.

As can be seen, if the situation continues like this, it seems that people's search for health will continue a little longer...

So what should be done?

First of all, this service should be started by establishing an inter-university team that is prudent and devoted to this work, instead of creating departments in universities with a collection and a fast approach. This team should investigate all our works, including Ottoman sources, and reveal the treatment systems that belong to us and evaluate these systems in line with today's practices. While making these evaluations, self-approaches should come to the fore rather than external dependency. Perhaps the world, which mentions China and the Far East with acupuncture, Germany and Switzerland with homeopathy, will also remember our country with its own systems. Accordingly, instead of having the treatment systems of other countries made in our universities, the values of our country are brought to the fore. Following this approach, departments to be established in universities first declare our own systems. They also give other treatment applications depending on them.

Thus, while our country gains the value it deserves in the field of treatment, at the same time, a healing door is opened for people waiting for treatment.
